Gee Evans – Managing Attorney


Originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada, Gee Evans is an immigrant herself who has practiced U.S. Immigration law for the past twenty-eight years. She is versed in all aspects of U.S. Immigration law and has successfully handled hundreds of immigration matters for businesses, individuals and families in U.S. Immigration matters. Mrs. Evans is the managing attorney and works with a great team of staff immigration lawyers at Scott & LeeRC Law Group, PC. She is also a mentor and educator for immigration lawyers throughout the United States.
Prior to founding the firm, Gee previously worked as an attorney for AILA -The American Immigration Lawyers Association based in Washington D.C. She was a Liaison attorney with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, The Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Customs Border & Patrol on behalf of U.S. Immigration Lawyer Members. She also worked in Toronto Canada as the head of the U.S. Immigration Business and Employment visa division for Mamman, Sandaluk & Kingwells.
Mrs. Evans is married and has 2 children. She is a dedicated wife, mother and attorney, diligently serving clients with excellence and spending quality time with her family. She also understands this is the goal of most of her clients; to ensure their family’s well being and financial security.

Marcos Rodrigues – Attorney Shareholder

Marcos Rodrigues is a compassionate immigration attorney and multi-lingual litigator (Portuguese, English, Spanish) licensed in the District of Columbia, New York, and Brazil. Combines empathetic client advocacy with results-driven legal strategy to serve the firm’s extensive immigration clientele. Extensive background in complex litigation, antitrust law, and with proven ability to navigate challenging cases and deliver favorable outcomes for clients seeking immigration relief.

Rebeca Flores – Senior Lead Paralegal

Rebeca Flores has worked with Scott & LeeRC Immigration Law Firm for over 15 years. She began working with the law firm in 2009; and she has climbed the ranks to the role of Senior Paralegal Case Supervisor.
Fluent in Spanish and English, she facilitates & educates the law firm clients on all stages of their immigration case. She also assists in running the firms immigration training classes for new legal assistants and attorneys. She actively liaisons with the firm lawyers & clients throughout all stages of case management.
Peter Perez – Law Clerk & Legal Case Manager

Peter Perez supports our clients and attorneys as a Law Clerk and Legal Case Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with degrees in Economics and Government, where he focused on research and writing in areas such as law, economics, and political reform.
Peter helps keep cases on track by organizing files, preparing drafts, conducting legal research, and ensuring clients receive timely updates. His background in debate and client service has given him strong communication skills, making him an approachable and reliable point of contact for our clients.
Outside of the office, Peter enjoys volunteering with community service projects such as Habitat for Humanity and brings the same commitment to teamwork and service into his work with our firm.
