Scott & LeeRC Law Firm is a team of immigration attorneys and legal professionals who serve businesses, individuals and families. We also represent clients in removal hearings and work hard to protect the immigration status of clients facing criminal charges. Attorneys
Gee Evans – Managing Attorney
Originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada, Glendia (Gee) Evans is an immigrant herself who has practiced U.S. Immigration law for the past twenty years. She is versed in all aspects of U.S. Immigration law and has successfully handled hundreds of immigration matters for businesses, individuals and families in U.S. Immigration matters. Mrs. Evans is the managing attorney and works with a great team of staff immigration lawyers at Scott & LeeRC Law Group, PC. She is also a mentor and educator for immigration lawyers throughout the United States.
Prior to founding the firm, Gee previously worked as an attorney for AILA -The American Immigration Lawyers Association based in Washington D.C. She was a Liaison attorney with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, The Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Customs Border & Patrol on behalf of U.S. Immigration Lawyer Members. She also worked in Toronto Canada as the head of the U.S. Immigration Business and Employment visa division for Mamman, Sandaluk & Kingwells.
Mrs. Evans is married and has 2 children. She is a dedicated wife, mother and attorney, diligently serving clients with excellence and spending quality time with her family. She also understands this is the goal of most of her clients; to ensure their family’s well being and financial security.

Roberto Maldonado – Associate Attorney
Born in Colombia, Roberto is a fluent English and Spanish speaker who enjoys serving our clients from all over the world. Roberto became an attorney in 2017 when he graduated from Universidad de los Andes, where he also earned his master’s in administrative law in 2020. He practiced for four years advising the Colombian Government before deciding to study in the U.S. He is the Team Lead Attorney for Humanitarian Relief, Asylum and EAD work permits.
In 2022, Roberto graduated with honors from Northwestern University’s LL.M. program, which is ranked amongst the best in country, and was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of New York.

Rebeca Flores – Senior Lead Paralegal
Rebeca Flores has worked with Scott & LeeRC Immigration Law Firm for over 10 years. She began working with the law firm in 2009; and she has climbed the ranks to the role of Senior Paralegal Case Supervisor. Fluent in Spanish and English, she facilitates & educates the law firm clients on all stages of their immigration case. She also assists in running the firms immigration training classes for new legal assistants and attorneys. She actively liaisons with the firm lawyers & clients throughout all stages of case management.
Ana Reynosa – Legal Assistant & Office Manager
Ana Reynosa is a critical employee for practice management at Scott & LeeRC Law Firm. She has served in the simultaneous roles of Assistant Business Manager & Litigation Assistant for the past three years. Her patience and care for the law firm’s clients is remarkable and she is loved by clients and staff alike.
