U Visa for Victims of Crime

If you have been a victim of a crime in the United States, it is important to seek an immigration attorney. A U visa is a path to U.S. Permanent Resident Green Card status. Legalized or undocumented non-citizens may apply for a U visa. We have represented victims of crime for over 20 years.

Before applying for a U visa, an  I-918 certification from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or authorized court official is required. These certifications can be complex and hard to get approved however, our attorneys have worked with LEAs and court officials in the past. As members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), we keep abreast of the U visa liaisons at police departments and courts in the respective county our clients require certification to process.

Contact our lawyers to schedule an immigration consultation to see if you are eligible to apply. We look forward to the possibility of representing you in the U (or T-Trafficking) visa application process.
